My name is Neil Waterfall and I have been doing martial arts for about 30 years. I started training as a young child with learning disabilities and martial arts has provided me with a life long hobby which helped me focus, helped me achieve and given me a lot of good times along the way.For the past 10 years I have been studying Aikido which is a very tactile and gental art which encourages movement, timing, distance and good posture. It can also be very relaxing and rewarding.
